Why did you choose AFP?

AFP’s transitional year provides a solid foundation in medicine, which will be crucial for my anesthesiology residency, while still allowing for flexibility and elective time tailored to my career goals. Because it is an unopposed residency, I also knew that I would have many opportunities to improve my procedural skills throughout the year. Additionally, I was excited to have the chance to practice medicine in the region where I was raised, and I wanted to have the support of family nearby during intern year.

Hobbies

Swimming, running, hiking, traveling, spending time with my dog
