| Our AFP office is spacious and serves over 15,000 patients
per year. |

18 well-equipped patient rooms, colposcopy room, procedure room,
and osteopathic manipulative therapy room allow us to care for all our patient's
outpatient needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Our osteopathic manipulative treatment room is equipped with an adjustable
table and hydroculator unit. |

Our fully equipped procedure room allows for minor surgeries, excisions for
moles, punch biopsies, sigmoidoscopy, cryotherapy of warts, and other minor
surgical procedures. |
| The counselling room provides a quiet setting
for family meetings with physicians and also short term counselling by Mr.
Stump, M.S.W., A.C.S.W., our Behavioral Scientist. |
