Peter S. Oh, DO
PETER OH, D.O. At age of 12, I immigrated to the States in 1973. Since then, I followed my father’s footsteps by becoming a physician, and marrying a nurse. I have a 15-year-old son and a 12-year-old son. Following my anesthesia residency and fellowship, I practiced at community hospitals in Ohio. Having received a calling from above in 2001, I went to Ch1na to volunteer my medical service to local patients. During my stay there, I realized that I definitely needed family medicine training to serve indigent patients effectively. I am blessed and grateful that I have been given an opportunity to become a competent and caring physician through the Altoona Family Physicians Residency Program.
