No job is too menial!

Dr. Palmer fixing the wiring under the desk.

Sometimes you wonder about the staff.

 As we stated above!
 We do like babies!

Our former director, Dr. Palmer wears many hats

Some of them signify the many roles she plays.  Some of them are "Thinking Hats", signifying the style of thinking being used at the time.  This management technique from Edward DeBono's book "Six Thinking Hats" allows us to carry out discussions from different points of view explicitly.

White hat
(Neutral and objective)
Concerned with objective facts and figures
Yellow hat
(Sunny and positive)
Optimistic and covers hope and positive thinking
Green hat
(Grass, fertile growth)
Indicates creativity and new ideas

Black hat
(Gloomy and negative)
Covers negative aspects -
why it can't be done
Blue hat
(Sky, cool, above everything)
Concerned with control
and organization of the thinking process
Red hat
(Anger, rage and emotions)
Gives the emotional view
